1.0 INTRODUCTION
The financial year (July, 2009/June, 2010) has seen tremendous achievements in the Social Rehabilitation Department and to the lives of PWDs and their families. This has happened due to the support of the Mother Ministry, Masaka District Local Government and all other Disability Development partners.
This financial ending, Department received funds from the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning and the Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development to implement CBR Program and Special Grant for PWDs in all the 23 Sub Counties of Masaka District.
The report gives detailed achievements in both programs and our development partners in Disability as well as the challenges faced.
