Training Report - Leadership Development Course
Today nine participants had the first part of participatory workshops about
leadership skills.
The facilitator, conducted the workshop by thinking together through the dialogue with all
participants.
In the workshop the participants discussed about the meaning of ability/disability and what
factor makes one a person with disability.
Every participants already had their different opinions about disability, but due to lecturer's facilitation using pictures and parables, there was lively discussion and many of the participants came up with new ideas.
Everyone seemed enjoying the workshop very much and good atmosphere was created as an introductory part.
The second part of the workshop will be on 28th October.
