The concept of “A Society for All” was a resolution which was adopted by the United Nations in its 49th general assembly in 1994.
It is emphasized that in a Society for All, government policies should be based on the needs of all people including persons with disabilities and social ordinal system should be accessible and useful for all people including persons with disabilities in every country of the world.
United Nations requires the achievement of “A Society for All” to all member countries by the year of 2010.
