(1) Why is it important for persons with disabilities to be able to go anywhere they want ?
(2) If persons with disabilities cannot move to where they want/need to when they want/need to, what
rights will they be deprived of ?
･ I would like to think about these questions with you.
In order to discuss these, I will introduce one aspect of personal mobility in Japan by providing my
involvement so far.
