With accurate understanding of each user, we make support plan in accordance with his/her condition.

(1) Program in the Center: About Six Months

Repeat a regular schedule of Working on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays; and engaging in daily
living activities and physical exercises on Wednesdays.

(2) On-the-Job Training: 3-4 Business Establishments on Average per User

Starting with easy tasks, the degree of difficulty of their task increase gradually

(3) How long it takes for them to get employed on average:Two groups:

Early starters : Get employed in one year and six months
Late starters : Get employed in two years and three to four months
