In the morning all participants visited National Rehabilitation Center for
Persons with Disabilities(NRCD) to take a lecture on "Current situation and
policy of persons with disabilties in Japan" by Mr. Akira Terashima, one
of the planning committee members and after lunch they inspected and oberved
the programs for persons with disabilities run by the center.
