Characteristics
  • To implement support for employment, fully utilizing vocational aid capability.
  • By setting the utilization period, with emphasis on job experience, training is provided in the facility. In addition, support for being employed is given by the use of “job coach” system.
Mainly for persons with intellectual disabilities who have left a job, work commitment guides (for keeping their job) help them acquire concentration and sustaining power and communication skill necessary for work in companies, carrying out training for 3 months. This facility is a vocational aid center, and in addition, it is designated as an installation for supporting employment and life.
One vocational aid branch, two vocational aid locations and two life support homes are run.In addition, an attending rehabilitation facility and a multi-purpose home are provided to offer a wide variety of aids to support “life in the district.”
Contents of training 1) Vocational aid (jobs)
a. Printing: envelopes, name cards, post cards, flier printing job, etc.

b. Laundry: receiving an order for cleaning of cloths (sheets, towels, pillow covers) from homes for the elderly.

Receiving orders for products from private companies, training using articles for voluntary work
