JICA Tokyo has two restrooms for persons with disabilities. One is at the back of the lobby and the other on the Lobby floor of the Annex Building.
Two restrooms are not enough. It takes time to get there. Many wheelchair users says they go to their rooms to use their restroom, which are also on the lobby floor.

This is a restroom for persons with disabilities allocated on the lobby floor. The accessible restroom in the annex building is designed almost the same as this one.

Three elevators are installed in a residential building and one of them is made accessible for persons with disabilities. It's easy to enter by wheelchairs, Braille and voice guidance in English are available for persons with visual impairment.

The laundry room is allocated on the same floor as the rooms for persons with physical disorders. Washing machines which opens its door sideways are also available and the priority is principally given to persons with disabilities. Switches are also in Braille.
